The Lodges at Green Ridge Village blend quality craftsmanship and energy efficiency to offer residents a modern, yet environmentally-friendly living experience. These independent living cottages are tucked into the rolling contours of the land and feature abundant windows to provide views of the undisturbed woodland habitats. Phase I construction of the first six lodges totaled $1.4 million. Each beautiful home, ranging in size from 1,900 to 2,800 square feet, features wireless technology and radiant-heated floors. Careful exterior lighting strategies provide appropriate levels for senior residents, while limiting emissions so as to have minimal impact on the surrounding natural environment. Reese Hackman provided the electrical, lighting, mechanical, and plumbing design services for these upscale senior living residences.
