Situated in beautiful southeastern Pennsylvania, Tel Hai is surrounded by miles of pasture lands, rolling hills, and Amish family farms. This $496,000 project consisted of 1,100 square feet of new construction and 19,764 square feet of renovations to both Garret Community Center and the Heather Gardens skilled care center. Garret Community Center upgrades included the expansion of the locker rooms, complete renovations of the kitchen and dining areas, the conversion of the lower level cafe into a snack shop and bistro, the addition of a new pool dehumidification unit, and upgraded HVAC units to accommodate the revised layout of the facility. Also included in this project was the addition of two new country kitchens into the nursing wing of Heather Gardens. Final touches included new exterior lighting and general finishes throughout the existing buildings. Reese Hackman provided full electrical, mechanical, lighting, and plumbing design for this project.
